3.0 Your Projects Stay Confidential

3.1 We treat unreleased designs, product details, launch dates, and unpublished images as confidential.

3.2 Anyone who helps us with your project, such as editors and assistants, is bound by a written confidentiality agreement.

3.3 We do not post your work before your launch date when you tell us the date in writing. Portfolio and social media use follows your signed agreement, including the portfolio opt-out if you chose it.

4.0 Emails & Text Messages

4.1 Project messages. When you book with us, we send messages about your project, such as scheduling, contracts, proofs, invoices, and delivery. These are part of our service.

4.2 Marketing emails. If you opt in, we may email you promotions, announcements, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

4.3 Text messages. If you opt in to texts, we may send project updates and, with your separate consent, marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

4.4 We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

5.0 Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

5.1 We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to make the Site work, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which ads and posts bring visitors to us. These tools may include:

  • Essential tools needed for the Site to load securely and quickly.
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which show how visitors use the Site.
  • Advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads tags. These tell us when someone who saw our ad visits the Site, and let us show our ads to people who visited the Site.
  • Embedded tools from our scheduling, chat, and form providers, which may set their own cookies.

5.2 These partners may collect information about your activity on the Site and other websites over time, under their own privacy policies.

5.3 Your choices:

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can change ad preferences in your Google, Meta, and TikTok account settings, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.

6.0 How We Share Information

6.1 We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they use your information. These include:
    • Zoho, for our CRM, scheduling, e-signature, invoicing, support, and file delivery;
    • Stripe and PayPal, for payments;
    • our website host;
    • email and text delivery services;
    • shipping carriers and insurers; and
    • our editing and production contractors.
  • Advertising and analytics partners as described in section 5.0. Some privacy laws treat this as “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out as explained in sections 5.3 and 8.0.
  • Professional advisors such as our accountant, attorney, and insurer.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to enforce our agreements; to collect payment; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our business, or others.
  • Business transfer: if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
  • With your permission, for any other purpose you approve.

7.0 How Long We Keep Information

  • Project files: generally kept for up to 30 days after final delivery, unless you purchase extended storage. We may keep selected final images longer for our portfolio, consistent with your agreement.
  • Contracts, invoices, and payment records: kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally up to seven years.
  • Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep a record of opt-outs so we don’t message you again.
  • Inquiries that don’t become projects: kept for up to two years, then deleted or anonymized.

8.0 Your Privacy Choices & Rights

8.1 You can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold your personal information and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law or to complete a contract; or
  • stop using your information for marketing or targeted advertising.

8.2 Residents of Texas, California, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

8.3 To make a request, email Info@EagleEye-Studio.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting. We respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal,” and we will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

8.4 An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission.

9.0 How We Protect Information

9.1 We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. These include:

  • secure, password-protected business systems with limited access;
  • encrypted payment processing through our providers;
  • limited access for contractors under confidentiality agreements; and
  • secure handling and storage of client items.

9.2 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

The Site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.0 Links to Other Sites

The Site links to other services, such as our booking page, payment pages, and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
